Senior Email Marketing Executive (Support EU timezone)

JOB SUMMARY : 

As a Senior Retention Marketing Specialist (Senior Email Marketing Executive) for Chronos Agency, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing direct-response marketing solutions. You will be communicating with internal stakeholders in a timely & efficient manner.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Execute email marketing campaigns based on strategies developed by the Email Marketing Strategist
• Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot the aforementioned strategies
• Collaboration with our graphic designers and copywriters to produce quality campaign artwork that aligns with our client's brand style
• Design, build, and maintain our email marketing database
• Test and optimize campaign performance, including A/B testing
• Analytics recording and evaluation (eg: email open rates, revenue generated per email campaign)
• Manage email marketing campaigns and automations for clients
• Create monthly reports
• Follow the quality control procedure to ensure all work meets both Chronos’ standards and client requirements
• Collaborate and communicate with the client directly for campaign and flow email approvals and revisions.
• Creation of Monthly Content Plans for Email based on the strategy and client's requests.
   

KEY REQUIREMENTS : 

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Humanities, Multimedia, or similar
• Email marketing experience is required 
• Demonstrated experience primarily in email marketing execution (leaning towards project management - creating briefs for copy and graphics to execute, QC-ing the emails based on strategy, scheduling and segmenting and pulling out the reports, etc)
• SMS, Push, and Social Media marketing experience is not required but great to have
• Excellent command of English
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience in using Klaviyo or any email marketing platform is a plus
• Should exude great proofing skills
• Basic data analysis skills (understanding of split tests and logical problem solving)
• Account management/retention experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and time-management skills
• A good team player
• Highly trainable and flexible (can work with a variety of clients globally)

• Must be willing to support EU timezone (4PM - 12AM SGT)
