Highland Electric Fleets is a comprehensive turnkey solutions provider that delivers electric school buses (EVSB) to school districts and third-party managed fleet providers (3PMs).

The Project Manager will lead the design and construction of EV charging infrastructure projects. The role will report directly to the Director, Project Execution. This role is remotely based with a 25%-30% travel expectation.
Responsibilities: Deliver EV charger infrastructure project on time and on budgetPartner with Customer Success Team to deliver excellent customer experiencesSelect engineering consultants and construction contractors for projectsNegotiate and execute project-based subcontractor agreementsCoordinate with utilities for service upgrades and interconnection scopes of workSupport submission of all project permitting requirementsEstablish and maintain project cost forecasts and actualsDevelop and drive detailed project schedulesEnsure compliance with all project and customer requirementsCollaborate with consultants, contractors and peers to solve unique challengesQualifications4+ years office based professional experience OR a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years office based professional experience2+ years direct project management experience, preferably electrical or civilEV charging infrastructure experience preferredRenewable energy project experience a plus (solar, storage, microgrid)What You Can Expect from Highland:
