As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will: 

  • Build and manage marketing campaigns across platforms from production, through testing and deployment, to reporting. This will include building assets such as; emails, landing pages, webinars, forms, segmentation, and dynamic content. 
  • Own end-to-end data flow per campaign ensuring data accuracy and consistency in marketing operations systems including legal requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and program performance of lead generation initiatives, automated nurtures, conversion processes, and email batch campaigns to align with goals, success, and efficiency. 
  • Provide visibility and insights on campaign results with key stakeholders and recommend the best course of action to reach campaign goals.
  • Help develop and maintain documentation, internal campaign playbook, and road maps for all processes that support campaign operations. 
  • Work across departments to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns.
  • Be accountable within the Asana team workflows for MOPs related go-live website requirements (forms, webinar builds, testing, etc.).
  • Use Asana as a work management tool to execute and track campaign requests.   

What YOU bring to the table: 

  • 3+ years' experience as a Marketo power user.
  • Working knowledge of CRM as an integrated platform, Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Experience with work management software is a plus, Asana preferred.
  • Experience with email data hygiene and legal compliance.
  • Experience with marketing campaign analytics in Marketo / Salesforce.com.
  • Confident in working with MS Excel, HTML, CSS. 
  • Data-driven, highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, self-starter.
  • Strong bias for automation and machine-learning solutions for efficiency and performance.
  • Experience executing B2B campaigns, managed in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Organizational skills with ability to focus on details while handling a high workload.
  • Familiarity with data management concepts, lead scoring, lead nurturing and demand generation reporting.
