Collections Agent

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Collections Agent. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our financial integrity by ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts and invoices from our key clients. Your commitment to professionalism and respect will be paramount in delivering exceptional customer care.

As our Collections Agent, your responsibilities will include proactively contacting clients to address overdue payments, monitoring accounts for any outstanding balances, and negotiating payment plans or settlements when necessary. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.

Skills and experience:

• You will bring to the table a proven track record in debt collection, ideally with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Ideally, you'll have prior experience working with small and medium-sized businesses, allowing you to navigate their unique dynamics effectively.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and adeptness at accurately recording conversations will be among your core competencies.
• You'll approach customer interactions with boldness and fearlessness, all while upholding the highest standards of integrity and respect.
• You will prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction, ensuring that their requirements are addressed with meticulous attention and genuine concern.
