We are looking to appoint one CRM Executive to join the international regional CRM team to support the delivery of CRM strategy for IG EM, with the aim of creating data-led communications across our clients' lifecycle.

Your role in the Team

The CRM team's vision is to operate a world class centre of excellence that supports our local markets in crafting programmes that deliver engaging and personalised experiences across multichannel touchpoints during the client lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Support the rollout of our global and local communications strategy and roadmap by ensuring excellent and efficient delivery using our comms technology (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Work with CRM Tech as well as local & regional partners to understand their objectives and inform & shape these based on operational capabilities.
  • Co-create, along with the rest of the CRM team, end to end client communications. Design journeys, identify value opportunities, build emails, push and SMS and journeys and monitor performance
  • Help execute delivery of a pipeline of requests from stakeholders, ensuring all requests are well defined, prioritised, clearly understood, and delivered to the highest possible quality.
  • Be a brand guardian and ensure that all communications are delivered according to IG's brand guidelines and brand experience principles
  • Support our marketing colleagues in adapting the global CRM strategy for local relevance
  • Ensure wider marketing teams are fully upskilled in best practices to create engaging and immersive communication experiences

What you’ll need for this role

  • Experience in activating strategy recommendations for CRM, building and activating customer journeys
  • Understanding of key CRM engagement metrics, and how to measure, test and optimise journeys and emails/SMS/push
  • Working understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation technology
  • Experience in HTML coding language for building emails a prerequisite. Knowledge of Java for building landing pages a bonus
  • Understanding of GDPR and Data Privacy regulation
  • Passion for learning, and a creative eye for detail
  • Strong stakeholder, project management and collaboration skills, as you will be working with regional, local and central colleagues in different marketing teams
  • Experience of the retail financial environment would be an advantage
  • Proficient English skill
