We are looking for a superstar Director of Sales to join our hypergrowth series C startup to help us democratize coaching around the world. This sales leader will inspire their team of AE’s to break new ground in our latest expansion market and chase after a multi-billion dollar landscape of Fortune 1000 prospects.   They will lead a team of 5 experienced AE’s, be equally comfortable in the boardroom sharing their GTM strategy as they are on a sales call, nimbly building relationships, uncovering business challenges and pitching CoachHub as they are recruiting and developing a game changing team.  They will have experience working in lockstep with customer success, marketing, sales development, and every cross-functional partner to win both global and local deals, and always do so with an incredible customer focus.

Director of Sales Responsibilities:

  • You manage and accelerate the operational rhythm and outbound energy of a high performance team of very experienced AE’s.  Your “morning energy” is something that you bring regardless of time, to every meeting.

  • You maintain tight operational rigor around outbound, pipeline, forecast, and overall operations identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.  You sometimes have to stop yourself from geeking out in excel or SFDC analyzing your team's performance.

  • You know recruiting is an art and science, and have a track record of hiring best in class senior account executives and driving evolution training programs based upon current market insights. Your recruiting war stories are legendary.

  • You have spent your career cultivating a fantastic network, and your first hiring motion is to tap into that network.   

  • You relentlessly manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and are a high energy motivator while setting an aggressive pace daily and weekly.

  • You passionately monitor the market and competitive landscape - because you are across the market, you have a knack for connecting disparate data points to find insights we can use to sell.

  • Your team's most critical accounts are also those that you have developed relationships with to help navigate sales cycles - you are seen as a world class seller by your team, so have to prioritize your involvement continuously and uplevel your team so they don’t always need you

  • You are always prospecting, in downtime, in uptime, on the road, on LinkedIn, and side by side with your team. You are fundamentally a hunter.

  • You represent CoachHub at fairs and events, you act as a speaker and thought leader, and are the first person to say hello. 

  • You typically set the standard, then demonstrate the standard, and then hold your team accountable.   This is why they love working for you.

Your profile looks like this:

  • At least 7 years experience in complex B2B solution sales as an individual contributor

  • At least 3 years experience leading a high performing sales team in the complex B2B enterprise space

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and overachieving targets in both roles (top 5% of company, demonstrable with stack ranks)

  • You have lived and breathed full cycle sales across many roles from cold call outbound prospecting to upselling renewals.

  • Whether you are introverted or extroverted or somewhere in between, you develop relationships that embody both personal connectivity AND strong business value - all the while demonstrating outstanding leadership.

  • People describe you as incredibly consistent over time.  You know that your secret is really just that you outwork everyone.

  • You possess a can-do attitude, no matter what the odds, and have the will and resilience, born from many lessons and failures - to succeed

  • You understand the value of continuous education through workshops, seminars, training and coaching, and drive yourself and your team to consistently improve.

  • You are willing to travel, internationally and domestically, up to 10% of the time.

  • Experience selling to HR / Talent / L&D departments is a plus! 

  • Experience working in small company in an evangelistic sale with a newer category is preferred

  • Experience in SaaS / software sales is preferred

  • Must speak C1 Level Spanish and Professional English

  • Must be located in Madrid or Barcelona Spain
