We are in search of a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team that evangelizes open source cloud development.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in cloud technologies, web application frameworks and is experienced in implementing quality products with a great customer experience and is passionate about delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of projects from software design to implementation and deployment.
• Explore new technologies, new platforms, API development, database development, etc. to help the company achieve goals.
• Expand within a high-performance team and ensure a high quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams within an Agile DevOps development environment.

General Activities

• You’ll architect, develop and test all aspects of web applications and reusable components using current web technologies and frameworks.
• Evolve software tools in support of corporate Information Technology Systems. The role will include significant software coding (Python) developing features and resolving dependencies.
• Work with peers and adjacent teams to recommend enhancements and suggestions for improving processes.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree or postgraduate degree.
• At least 4+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Very good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Python
• Expertise in Django, Flask or other current backend framework.
• Efficient in HTML5, CSS, and CSS Preprocessors (less/sass).
• Experience in Pandas, Pydantic, Ninja, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenAPI is a plus.
• Experience visualizing data using D3, WebGL, Three.js, or other innovative technologies is a plus.
• Commitment to creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
• Experience writing production quality code, preferably in a product based company.
• Excellent at articulating, documenting and presenting ideas and work across the Engineering organization.
