Position Summary

We are currently looking for a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Senior Analyst to join our thriving team!

The Senior Analyst, Digital Product is a member of the Wellpartner 340B Digital Product Team responsible for creating industry leading software solutions that provide our clients with full transparency and management of their 340B Drug Administration Programs.

In this role you will be accountable for driving the ideation and day-to-day product development of key technologies that support the overall product strategy.

To perform the role successfully, you will be expected to collaborate closely with external users, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Client Account Managers, UI/UX Designers, Project Managers, Software Architects, Data Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance. 

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1.    Assess current market, trends, and competitors in the 340B Admin/Pharmacy products and services landscape, focusing on unmet customer needs and market demands to drive our product strategy and competitive edge.
2.    Identify opportunities for future digital products and client growth through gap analyses and client relationships analyses.
3.    Identify and understand technical and non-technical issues related to each project, and provide appropriate guidance, and potential solutions while managing expectations, maintaining compliance, and creating measurable improvement.  
4.    Organize complex problems into simple, scalable, solution options that streamline processes, simplify data presentation, and improve the user experience.
5.    Develop and maintain prioritized backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the Product Roadmap.
6.    Serve as a key liaison, communicating and translating between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to drive shared understanding, and decision making.
7.    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to assess cross product and operational impacts of proposed solutions and contribute throughout the entire product/project lifecycle to achieve a successful outcome.
8.    Plan the functional aspects of the product and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9.    Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the features, functions, limitations, and possibilities of all our current systems and software and how they interact.
10.    Perform high-level, user acceptance testing.
 



Required Qualifications
•    5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, managed care, or provider setting that focuses on software solutions.
•    Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills that reflect strategic, critical, and creative thinking.
•    Strong knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical administrative and clinical data sets.
•    Excellent elicitation/discovery, listening, verbal, and written communication.
•    Proficient presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and people skills.
•    Ability to work independently and work within, and foster, a highly collaborative, team environment.
•    Expert knowledge of MS office.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of 340B knowledge and expertise required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile SCRUM methodologies to deliver products that follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).



Education

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Computer Science, Health Professional or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,705.00 - $154,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
