Key responsabilities:
- Conduct pre-sales training and technical demonstrations
- Lead 'Proof of concept' phases and respond to technical queries
- Manage customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewal
- Build trust, facilitate client communication, identify sales opportunities
- Provide feedback to continuously improve the solution
