Employment Type: Full Time – Mon-Friday – 9am-5:30pm (30mins/1hrs lunch, unpaid)

Location: Please note this role is Hybrid/Remote with requirement to travel from the successful candidates home office to Birmingham, London and Walsall

Salary: £45K - £50K

Start Date: Q2/3,2024

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who wishes to join a rapidly growing company which provides IT managed services and automation solutions to a wide variety of business sectors.

The Technical Delivery Manager [TDM] will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technical managed services to Spherica’s Customers, and the overall management and maintenance of their Infrastructure estates. They will act as the operational technical lead for Spherica’s technical teams, ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently with clear deadlines and progress is regularly tracked and communicated to the Service and Operational Management teams.

Moreover, the TDM will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvements to the Customer’s Infrastructure, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, and promptly resolving technical issues and escalations to maintain Customer satisfaction.

Requirements

This is a challenging role that requires high levels of gravitas and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders while owning and leading the customer engagement fully. Candidates for this position must exhibit strong leadership skills and possess a comprehensive understanding of IT Infrastructure, Network, and Security environments.
