Global Senior HR Business Partner – Global Knowledge

Position Title: Senior HR Business Partner - Global

Location: Europe

Reports To: VP, Human Resources Business Partners

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor and partner to the General Manager Global Knowledge, providing expert HR guidance and driving the Global HR strategies for this business unit in supporting the organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Global HR practices, exceptional strategic thinking, and a proven track record in delivering impactful HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Global Knowledge Senior leadership team to develop and implement People strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Provide expert counsel on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
    • Drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
    • Ensure consistency and compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all regions.
    • Utilize data analytics and HR metrics to identify trends to inform strategic decisions.
    • Oversee global talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Partner and implement with the talent team on programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
    • Partner with leaders to identify and address skill gaps and workforce needs.
    • Partner with regional and subject matter expert teams within the wider HR team on People Programs and initiatives

 

    • Manage complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
    • Support the organization through periods of change by providing strategic change management expertise.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and agility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a global HR environment with a deep understanding of international HR practices.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
