This is a great opportunity to join a growing company of online market researchers in the US.

Company Profile:

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in online market research. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service to clients worldwide. As we expand our presence in the US market, we seek a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Associate to join our team in the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential leads from various sources, including inbound inquiries and warm leads available in the CRM.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects via email to educate them about our products/services and demonstrate how they can address their specific challenges or requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads promptly and professionally to move them through the sales pipeline, assisting the sales manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, promptly resolving their needs and issues.
  • Continuously strive to achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.

Requirements

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport, and establishing trust with prospects and clients.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace (docs, sheets, etc.) and CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot).

Advantageous Skill/s

  • Knowledge of the US market and cultural nuances is a plus
