Recruitment Administrator FTC 12 months
Location: Stirling/ hybrid working options

Your new role:
What you'll do:
Administration :
- Draft Contracts and ensure all information is processed correctly in line with Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
- Maintain onboarding process for all new starts to ensure all contract information is returned and processed for payroll to provide a positive candidate experience
- Liaise with business units and candidates to ensure any missing information from a new start is retrieved in line with payroll cut off dates
- Issue new start information to the Payroll department on a monthly basis
- Complete online registration for AXA health assessments for all new starts
- Process departmental mail; including new start paperwork
- Monitor team mailboxes
- Upload employee information to People First (HR Information Management System)
- Assist to update standard operating procedures and processes
- Undertake recurring daily and weekly administrative tasks
- Manage general enquiries for the resourcing team both via e-mail and telephone calls to the team
- Liaising with the HR Projects Team to ensure effective communication between iCIMS and People First
- Booking & co-ordination of meetings
- Collating data for weekly or monthly reports
Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with Resourcing team and wider HR colleagues to support with incoming calls and visitors to HR
- Helpful and professional approach when dealing with employees and agencies
- Ensure a friendly and efficient pre-boarding process for all candidates
- Provide a positive candidate experience by engaging with candidates and new starts in assisting them with general queries
What you'll need:
- Administration experience within a HR function or a fast paced recruitment environment
- Strong proven background in providing exemplary customer service
- Excellent organisational skills
- Problem solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
- An individual who embraces change
- Ability to prioritise and adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Resourceful, decisive, autonomous and accountable
- Willing to use initiative
- Process driven with a continuous improvement focus
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient IT skills: Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Who we're looking for:
If you’re super-organised, a self-starter and enjoy no two days being the same, this may well be the role for you. You’ll work from our office in Stirling supporting our Recruitment Team within the HR Department. This is a hands-on administrative and customer support role – internal and external – so you’ll be a quick learner, adaptable and have great people skills.
