Job Description

As the Property Manager for WA/SA you will manage all property-related matters of the existing portfolio of leased retail stores and hotels within Western Australia and South Australia on behalf of Endeavour Group.

  • To manage and maintain the WA/SA property portfolio.
  • Total responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all property matters within WA/SA.
  • Negotiating the best commercial outcome for the business.
  • Maintain and grow key relationships.
  • Accurate reporting to management of key performance criteria and market conditions.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • Commercial experience and knowledge of the property market (2+ Years).
  • A track record of successfully managing large property portfolios.
  • Business, planning, and financial skills including the ability to develop budgets and manage resources.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities offering commercial viability and benefit to the business.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to achieve results and productive relationships.
  • Exposure to retail property management.
  • Knowledge of the property market including an understanding of the issues that exist for both landlords and tenants.
  • Commercial astuteness including the ability to identify and target opportunities that are financially viable and ensure market benefit to the business.
  • Experience in presenting proposals in a clear, simple written and oral form, with sound economic justification and accepting accountability for the team’s outcome.
  • The ability to establish and grow strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to be a proactive and positive member of a team, challenging themselves and others within the team to find ways to improve.
  • A Degree in Property, or a related discipline is desirable.
