About this role

Hi, I’m Bobby and I’m the Partnerships Lead here at Found. Thanks for your interest in Found! Our team is responsible for partnerships that accelerate Found’s growth. We support Found by partnering with the leading platforms in the self-employed space to enable differentiated growth opportunities for Found. Our target partner profile is broad in scope but is often marketplaces and software tools that facilitate payments to a large self-employed audience. 

This role is for our first Partnerships Manager, who will be joining our team as a critical hire in our efforts to build out a best-in-class partner ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the expansion of new partnerships, optimize our existing partnerships, and support in scaling our systems to meet the growing needs of our team. 

This is a strategic role with an outsized opportunity to make an impact on the success of Found. I personally review every application, so if you have any questions please include them in your application.

Some recent team accomplishments include: 

  • Launched a partnership with the market-leading home care platform (with over 3 million potential Found users).

  • Launched a partnership with the world’s largest petcare platform (with over 500k potential Found users).

  • Developed integrated relationships with existing partners which have increased partnership performance by 30%+. 

Day to day, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for winning new growth partners, from initial outreach through to implementation.

  • Account management and optimization of existing partners. 

  • Proactively surface opportunities such as compelling integrations and new economic models that can create shared value for both Found and our partners. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Compliance, Marketing, Product, and Finance to assess partnership opportunities and ensure alignment across functions.

To thrive in this role, you have:
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills with a consultative sales approach and product-centric mindset.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to quickly adapt to unique partner needs. 

  • Enthusiasm for owning a broad scope of strategic work such as partnership integration strategies and incentive models. 

  • Aptitude and experience in fully leading contract negotiations.

  • Strong bias for action with an ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of an organization.

  • 6 - 9 years of experience, with openness to more or less experience for the right candidate. 

Compensation at Found 

The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000. The salary range listed represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
