Job Description

As the Director at WeCookIT, you will lead our dynamic company through a phase of rapid
expansion, focusing on sales growth and business development.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position
WeCookIT as a leading IT solutions provider in Europe and beyond.
2. Sales and Marketing: Lead efforts to penetrate new markets, acquire clients, and
strengthen existing relationships. Create and execute strategic plans to reach sales
targets and expand the customer base.
3. Business Development: Drive innovation and collaborate closely with our team to
enhance and adapt our business to meet evolving global needs.
4. International Leadership: Expand WeCookITs footprint globally by establishing
partnerships and collaborations across diverse markets and sectors.
5. Financial Management: Ensure financial stability through effective budget
management and achievement of set goals.
6. Industry Presence: Conduct webinars and presentations to raise the brand profile.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Fulfill requests for proposals from potential partners and customers. Identify
potential partnership opportunities to expand reach and improve processes.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in successfully leading companies through growth phases.
  • Demonstrated track record in driving sales growth and developing profitable
  • businesses.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and embrace innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch, French, or German is a plus) and strong leadership abilities.
  • Ability to connect with external and internal stakeholders effectively.
