The Opportunity

TNT Growth provides the best value to our clients by pushing the needle on discovering cutting-edge tactics and continuously updating our best practices. The Media Buyer will play a critical role in supporting our senior Growth Managers with campaign launches and optimizations in our paid ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc).

Success in this role looks like:

  • Supporting the Growth Managers in scaling leads and customers for client accounts.
  • Assisting in campaign launches, QA, and other account tasks that are important for maximizing performance.
  • Ensuring seamless execution and optimization of paid media campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Assist Growth Managers in the strategy, setup, and execution of all Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Launch new campaigns, keywords, ads, landing page tests, and other essential components.
  • Consistently monitor and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, identifying patterns and trends in datasets to make data-driven adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the rapidly changing Marketing landscape and contribute to the development of new tactics and strategies.
  • Participate in Marketing and Sales experiments, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and report on progress.
