Job Summary:

• Instructional Designing/Storyboarding
• Camtasia Video Editing 
• Instructional design and training theories
• Microsoft 365 software (Word, PowerPoint etc.).
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 Accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of learning evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Agile Principals

• Assess and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve training materials.
• Conduct training sessions using various methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, webinars, and other training events to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.
• Adapt training delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and needs.
• Design creative, interactive learning materials such as eLearning modules, software simulations, assessments, and reference materials.
• Create engaging learning designs in partnership with colleagues, customers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Transform current learning material into effective and engaging digital content suitable for all types of learner audiences.
