As we continue to scale and improve our offering, we are looking for a (Junior) RevOps Manager to join our visionary team.

You will have an impact on:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analyze data to assess the performance of our agency markets. Utilize insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Develop compelling offers for agency prospects, tailored to meet their unique needs and drive business growth.

  • Facilitate the seamless integration of new agency units into the Arbio eco-system. Ensure that each unit is fully equipped to contribute to our overall success.

  • Oversee revenue management processes to maximize profitability. Implement strategies to optimize pricing, sales, and overall financial performance.

  • Prepare detailed reports on market research findings, performance assessments, and revenue metrics. Present data in a clear and actionable manner to support strategic decision-making.

  • What your day will look like: Market research to expand the business models of the company, Reporting on Performance (10% of the time), Dynamic Pricing (35% of the time), Integration of new units (20% of the time), Market analytics and offers validating ADR and OCC projections (35% of the time)
