We’re looking to add a Senior Software Engineer QA to an already awesome engineering organization. You’ll help us build an industry-leading platform in the digital contact center space. We value teamwork, autonomy and delighting customers with excellent products, and would love to talk to you about it!
Responsibilities :
- Ensure high quality deliverables through effective manual and automation testing
- Design and own the test plans
- Design and develop robust test cases for new features focusing on functional, performance and usability aspects
- Update existing test cases
- Set up automation workflows for features/products
- Automate workflows that can help to proactively monitor data and alert on anomalies
- Work closely with the Developers and Engineers to achieve a high level of code coverage
- Have a “get it done” attitude
Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years of expertise in building test infrastructure using open source frameworks and tools
- 3+ years of expertise in developing, managing and implementing features in Automation Framework using Junit/Mockito/Selenium /TestNG
- 3+ years of experience in testing product functionality across the stack - from databases, platform services to end user interfaces
- 2+ years of experience in testing REST APIs and automating them
- Good understanding of git, pull requests and good software development practices
- Hands-on experience with Java programming language and Spring framework
- Knowledge of integration testing in docker, kubernetes or similar ones
- Basic understanding of the Social domain
