Job summary

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving product adoption and usage of the Canibuild suite and new feature releases through creative storytelling, targeted campaigns and compelling assets and collateral across email, video and content. You deeply understand our target audience’s everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how their product helps solve customer problems. Through close collaborations with product owners, marketing content and writers, and sales, product marketing managers are able to shape effective marketing campaigns that create a compelling proposition.

Objectives

• Enhance adoption, usage of the product suite and new feature releases
• Shape product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers
• Align all product marketing content with Canibuild’s brand ideals
• Build relationships with external vendors and key stakeholders
• Study user journeys, and analyse data to derive insights that drive campaigns and strategies
• Convert prospects into paying customers through consistent communications

Job responsibilities

• Lead product marketing content development
• Outline product marketing deployment timelines
• Educate other departments on current product messaging
• Manage product marketing campaigns
• Craft Canibuild’s product storytelling vision and voice

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Significant product marketing experience, ideally in Saas, software sales or ecommerce
• Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
• Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns
• High degree of empathy for others’ perspectives and circumstances
• Highly analytical, experienced in deriving insights from complex data
• Extensive experience designing customer promotions
• MBA from a tier 1 (top 20) institute
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
• Experience with marketing B2B Saas, Software
• Sales experience is a plus
• Willing to work from home, full-time
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST
