We are seeking a CRM & Email Marketing Manager to join our team at Keen. As a CRM & Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies, managing email campaigns, and optimizing customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer retention and loyalty through personalized communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Create and manage targeted Email, SMS, and Lifecycle marketing campaigns, including the development of content, segmentation, and scheduling.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Manage customer segmentation and data-driven customer profiling to ensure effective targeting and personalization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop engaging and visually appealing email templates and landing pages.
  • Manage CRM platforms and email marketing software, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Work with a Graphic Designer and a Copywriter to brief and design stunning graphics, emails, and content for use across CRM channels.
  • Implement and optimize automated customer journeys and trigger-based email campaigns.
  • Implement designs into CRM tools like Klaviyo and schedule send times to optimize for performance.
  • Continuously track and report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to drive campaign improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM and email marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM and email marketing.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CRM & Email Marketing Manager, with a track record of managing successful email campaigns and driving customer engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM principles and strategies, including customer segmentation, profiling, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in e-commerce, CPG, and consumer brand marketing strategies, including building loyal customer bases, increasing customer LTV, and nuturing and converting prospects into customers.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with marketing automation and personalization tools.
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability, data privacy regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in both an in-house and agency role is a plus.
  • Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
