What might your days look like 

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and optimising campaign management processes. As a key contributor to our marketing efforts, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical skills to enhance campaign performance and contribute to overall business success.

As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll be:

  • Taking the lead in designing and implementing effective campaign management processes. Utilise analytical tools and metrics to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Analysing customer lifecycles and contribute to strategies that enhance conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise campaigns at each stage of the customer journey.
  • Reviewing existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation. Work towards enhancing efficiency and scalability in all marketing operations.
  • Engaging closely with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements, provide analytical insights, and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns. Foster strong relationships to align operations with marketing objectives.
  • Learning from a team of experienced operations professionals who thrive on automation and scalable processes. Continuously enhance your skills and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing within the team.

What will you bring 

Core:

  • minimum of 3+ years of experience in CRM or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience & Proficiency in Adobe Marketo
  • Proven experience in designing and optimising campaign management processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus:

  • Experience with working on the data requests from marketing teams and/or direct hands on marketing experience
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution analytics
  • Familiarity with Bizible (Adobe Measure)
