Duties and Responsibilities:
· Define, construct and maintain performance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
· Analyse data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improved user experiences and business outcomes.
· Execute ad hoc analyses as requested by the leadership team and other stakeholders.
· Execute SQL queries of the client’s database
· Establish ETL/ELT processes that would consolidate data from different sources.
· Collect and prioritize reporting requirements from a wide range of stakeholders.
· Review existing market research and providing key insights to the leadership team and stakeholders
Develop and implement best practices for capturing and disseminating insights
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• At least 2 years’ experience using Tableau and SQL
• Ability to be independent and self-directed
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity and comfort operating in a fast-paced growth environment
• The desire to positively contribute to shaping organisation culture and be part of a diverse team.
• An obsession with data and numbers together with a passion for solving problems.
• Ability to problem solve, break down issues and develop solutions based on findings in the data.

• Good business judgment
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal forms to effectively collaborate with foreign counterparts
