The Role:

To be responsible for managing client projects and the building long term relationships with clients. An Account Manager builds trusted long-term client relationships and leads the team to create tailored Influencer Marketing campaigns that partner brands with content creators, whilst driving growth through proactive ideas and up-selling DV capabilities.

This role pays 38-48K depending on experience. The successful candidate must be based in the UK. The start date will be September 2024 for a duration of 13 months.



The Role Responsibilities:

Management

  • Develop deep partnerships with clients, based on education, transparency and trust

  • Be responsible for the management of campaigns from planning to delivery, including:
    • Managing concepts, budgets and deliverables with clients

    • Assisting with sourcing and recommending creators

    • Timely communication with clients during campaigns

    • Ensuring timelines are met and Campaign Producers are meeting client expectations

    • Lead any Account Executives that are supporting on your campaigns, when required

  • Consistently review the ongoing performance of campaigns, and deliver succinct updates, reports, and learnings to the team and the client

  • Design and present campaign reports to clients, in order to scale our work together

  • Use data and data tools to analyse the performance of each campaign

  • Analyse a mixture of creative and data to develop strategies to improve the performance of campaigns

  • Support the Account Director across your pod in building long term client relationships alongside new business pitch support


Pitch

  • Design and run industry-leading Influencer Marketing campaigns

  • Work with the planning and strategy team to design and pitch exciting, award-winning, creative campaigns concepts to clients

  • Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell our analytical and paid offerings


Strategise

  • Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voices

  • Build growth strategies for your clients to scale their campaigns and impact

  • Advocate for yourself and the agency across the industry

  • Analyse creative and data insights to develop strategies which improve the performance of campaigns and the agency’s offering

  • Most importantly, to keep learning



    The Must-Haves:


    • Significant Account Management experience

    • Experience working with influencers and/or working on influencer-led campaigns

    • A strong understanding of social media platforms and creator landscape

    • Experience of running highly successful performance marketing campaigns with CPA, ROI, ROAS or CPM benchmarks

    • Exceptional email etiquette, interpersonal skills and ability to build client trust through education

    • Impressive organisational skills and a fastidious attention to detail

    • Empathy and enthusiasm for large global clients, with a problem-solving brain that is quick to react to pressure if something doesn’t go to plan

    • Significant experience developing strategically grounded, engaging creative

    • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with confidence to present under high pressure situations.

    • Confidence with key Google Drive software, most importantly Sheets.

    • Experience working across paid as well as organic campaigns



    The Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with reporting software or data visualisation is a plus

    • Experience with product distribution is a plus
