Key responsibilities:
  • Developing VIP Strategies: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align VIP strategies with broader business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve VIP service offerings
  • Provide expert consultation on VIP marketing strategies, including bonus structures, customer segmentation, and personalised campaigns
  • Work closely with VIP customers to understand their needs and tailor strategies accordingly
  • Analyse VIP service results to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor the VIP Team, ensuring high performance and fostering a supportive and innovative team culture
  • Organise work processes within the VIP Team to ensure optimal distribution of workload and priorities
  • Conduct regular quality control to maintain high standards of work
  • Recruit and train top talents in the industry
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support, nurturing an environment where people can excel
  • Monitor and report on the performance of VIP Managers and the overall VIP Team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and meet VIP goals.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field desired, but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in leading and managing a team of VIP managers, specifically in the iGaming environment
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing the performance of new team members
  • Proven experience in building and managing relationships with casino clients
  • Fluency in English (C1+)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong people skills, driven by both customer satisfaction and performance metrics
  • Experience in leading and managing a team, with a hands-on approach
  • Strong organisational skills with experience balancing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
