Key responsibilities:
  • Together with the system analysis service team, participate in the analysis of current functionality and design of new solutions
  • Analysis and design of synchronous integrations using REST API
  • Analysis and design of asynchronous integrations using Kafka and RabbitMQ
  • Analysis and design of relational database structures
  • Participate in the development of team work processes, get involved in the development of team work approaches
  • Description of system functionality using UML notations. The advantage will be to work smarter with ArchiMate/C4 notations and similar ones
Requirements:
  • Strong systems analytics skills (thinking at the level of system behavior)
  • Ability to quickly learn new domain zones
  • Understanding of basic architectural patterns (monolith, microservices, SAGA, etc.)
  • Understanding of various methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Experience with task management tools (Jira and similar systems) and documentation tools (Confluence and similar systems)
  • Ability to evaluate tasks and work with the priorities of assigned tasks
  • Ability to assess risks in assigned tasks and identify possible solutions
  • Ability to communicate in business language and technical language
  • Languages for communication and documentation: Russian and English
Nice to have:
  • Experience with payment systems
  • Experience with billing and/or other financial systems
  • Experience working on cross-team projects
  • Experience working in emerging teams and participating in the formation/change of processes and work approaches
