Key responsibilities:
  • Developing Reactivation Strategies: Design and implement effective strategies to win back lapsed players through personalised offers and communication
  • Collaborate with VIP, Retention, Content, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of reactivation efforts
  • Track and analyze reactivation performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously evolve our approach to stay ahead
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to align strategies and share insights
  • Act as a key point of contact for reactivation queries and initiatives
  • Team management: Oversee and mentor the Reactivation Team, ensuring high performance and fostering a supportive and innovative team culture
  • Organise work processes within the Reactivation Team to ensure optimal distribution of workload and priorities
  • Recruit, train, and nurture talent, creating a team that excels in reactivating players
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and meet reactivation goals
  • Monitor daily operations to maintain smooth workflows and high service standards
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the Reactivation Team
Requirements:
  • University Degree desired, but not essential
  • Certification in Sales or Customer Acquisition preferred
  • Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in leading and managing a team of Reactivation agents/Call Center agents
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing the performance of new team members
  • Fluency in English (C1+)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
  • A deep understanding of customer reactivation strategies and best practices in the iGaming sector
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Results-orientation with a strong focus on achieving targets. Innovative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to build a supportive and inclusive team culture
