Your missions

Title : PMO Coordinator

Location : Remote

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Track and manage project progress, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project resources and manage project documentation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Implement and promote project management methodologies and best practices.
- Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills-

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Management Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
