Your missions

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Live Chat Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time support and assistance to our online customers through live chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with the Communications Manager to improve the overall customer experience

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
