Your missions

We are looking for a Live Chat Representative to work with an important Pennsylvania company.

Responsibilities

Engage with online visitors through our website chat platform
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide information about our products, promotions, and services
Assist customers in navigating our website and online shopping process
Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating when necessary
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Track and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in typing and knowledge of chat platforms
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
