We are a looking for one of our clients, a leading financial services company dedicated to providing top-notch services. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our financial services company.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
