- Answer phones, schedule service visits, assist customers
- Provide customer service on contract sales and promotions
- Inbound/outbound calls, credit card processing, appointments scheduling
- Maintenance of computer databases and managing data entry
- Resolve customer complaints and upsell products when suitable
