Key responsibilities:
  • Leading the team of 5 BizDev managers
  • Report to a Line manager on month/quarter results
  • Maintain and control Jira board and chats
  • Control the processes
  • Holding actual PSP and PM research as per our main market needs
  • Perform calls and further communication with potential PSPs
  • Help underwriting process by sending requests for Check List, NDAs and KYC/B from the PSP
  • Make volume forecasts, rate and fee calculations for new PSPs, BAM and On-boarding Teams
  • Work closely with Treasury and Legal team regarding new PSPs, current contract and commercials, discounts etc.
  • Arrange Referral agreements with PSP, Gateways, Facilitators/Integrators and others and promote to partners
Requirements:
  • Experience 2+ years in the same role or the role related to the current position
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients
Nice to have:
  • Russian/Bulgarian language is not mandatory but will be a plus
  • Experience in Fintech/Payments
  • Experience of working in PSP
  • Experience in account management/Sales/BizDev
  • Experience in Gambling/Igaming
  • Experience in Banking sphere
