Your missions

Title of Role: Revenue Operations Analyst
Locations: India (Remote)


Main purpose of role/Position Summary
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to play a critical role in supporting the operations, enablement, insights, and tools across our sales, customer success, marketing and finance teams. Responsible for maintaining and improving efficiency, alignment, and effectiveness across these key revenue-generating functions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Be a process guardian by learning, implementing, maintaining and enforcing procedure in the sales process
  • Assist with quoting and order processing, including both execution & process improvement
  • Support territories, account assignments, lead to account mapping and Salesforce data hygiene
  • Surface insights and business analytics for the direct sales and channel teams
  • Continuously review forecasts & pipeline to ensure every team member is operating at peak capacity
  • Identify efficiency bottlenecks and work with the team and enablement to unblock growth.


What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3 years working in sales operations, management consulting, contracting, finance, or a similar field
  • Strategic focus and strong business acumen – able to understand how big picture strategy meets the details of execution
  • Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively amidst changing circumstances.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ability and willingness to “roll up your sleeves”
  • Highly professional demeanor with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Docusign, Excel, SQL, MSOffice, Jira and Teams a plus
