- Develop, implement and optimize email marketing campaigns using Pardot
- Utilize Salesforce for campaign setup and performance tracking
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance
- Use Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
- Stay informed about NA tech market landscape and trends; Stay updated on competitors and customer behaviors
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of campaign development and execution
- Update Partner Portal and other channel portals
- Assist with various marketing tasks and projects to support team objectives
- Help with event planning and logistics
