Location: Remote (BST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (BST) - Flexible US time zone

Client Overview:

Sagan represents a dynamic company seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join their team. As the Operations Manager, you will take on a variety of tasks currently handled by the founder, streamlining operations and ensuring the company's continued success. You will play a critical role in managing client communications, team members, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Success Management: Enhance client experience and results by ensuring their success and maintaining positive relationships. Handle client communications with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Oversee team members, ensuring accountability and task completion. Organize and track all tasks and projects, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties such as uploading YouTube videos, tracking KPIs, scheduling meetings, and more. Quickly pick up and efficiently execute any delegated tasks.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth operations, freeing the founder to focus on high-leverage activities. Maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow across all areas of the business.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, client success, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Nice to Have:

    • Experienced in Airtable
    • Experienced in Slack
    • Experienced in Drive + Google Doc & Sheet
    • Knowledge of YouTube, frequent user of YouTube, or maybe they even run their own channel
    • Understanding of Miro (or similar) & flowcharts
    • Analytical
    • Creative
    • Ideating improvements for processes
