Roles and Responsibility

メイン業務

• アプリデザイン
  iOS/AndoroidアプリのUI/UXの情報設計、デザインを担当します。組み込みは開発チームが担当しますが、Swift、PWA、Flutter、Unity、Human Interface Guidelines、Material Designなどアプリに関する知識が必要となってきます。Flutterで組み込まれた画面のデザイン調整をお願いすることもあります。

不定期業務

ご経験に応じて、下記をお任せします。

• LP、キャンペーンページ制作
  作品を紹介する魅力的なページのデザイン、エイプリルフールなどの企画系施策のLPデザイン、割引キャンペーンなどのアイキャッチ画像（メインビジュアル）のデザイン制作です。内容が伝わりやすく、ユーザーの目を引くようなインパクトのあるデザインをお願いします。
• Webサイト制作
  LPとは違い下層ページが存在する小規模〜中規模なWebサイトの作成です。新規サービスや自社IPを展開していく際に依頼があります。0からのモノづくりに関わることができます。

その他

案件を進行する際、ディレクターがまとめた仕様はありますが、目的にあわせたUXを考えながら、UIデザインへの落とし込みをしていただきますので、必要があれば要件や仕様の調整まで行っていただきます。

案件にもよりますが、UXリサーチチームがまとめてくれた資料やペルソナ、カスタマージャーニーマップをもとに要件を整理し、情報設計とUIデザインを行う場合もあります。

適性/志向に応じて、後輩デザイナーの育成や、チームマネジメント業務にも携わっていただく場合がございます。

  Main Responsibilities:

  • App Design: Responsible for information architecture and design of UI/UX for iOS/Android applications. While the development team handles the implementation, knowledge related to apps, such as Swift, PWA, Flutter, Unity, Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design, is essential. There may be tasks involving design adjustments for screens implemented in Flutter.

  Occasional Responsibilities:

  Depending on your experience, you may be entrusted with the following:

  • Landing Page (LP) and Campaign Page Production: Designing attractive pages to showcase works, LP design for planned initiatives like April Fools, and creating eye-catching images (main visuals) for discount campaigns. Designs should effectively convey content and capture users' attention with impactful visuals.
  • Website Production: Creating small to medium-sized websites with lower-level pages, unlike LPs. This may be required when launching new services or company IP, allowing involvement in creating something from scratch.

  Other Responsibilities:

  • While project specifications compiled by directors guide the progress of projects, you will need to translate them into UI designs, considering the desired UX. Depending on the situation, adjustments to requirements and specifications may be necessary.
  • Depending on the project, you might work on information organization and UI design based on documents, personas, and customer journey maps compiled by the UX research team.

  Additional Information:

  • Depending on your aptitude and preferences, you may also be involved in mentoring junior designers and team management tasks.
  • Note: There may be involvement in content related to adult audiences in some cases.

Minimum Requirements

• UI/UXデザイナー、アプリデザイナーとしての実務経験が3年以上、もしくは同等の能力を有する方
• 主体的に動ける方

• iOS/Andoroidアプリのデザイン経験
• UI/UXの知識・改善経験がある方
• FigmaなどのプロトタイピングツールやAdobe Photoshopのデザインツールを扱える方

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Kanda Neribeicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

• Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote, depending on the team's policy.

  After joining the company, until you become familiar with your duties (approximately 1 to 3 months), you will primarily be required to work on-site within the Development Department's design team. The duration may vary depending on how quickly you adapt.

• There will be no relocation.

Annual Salary: 4,700,000 - 7,000,000 JPY

• Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

Even when working in full remote mode, if you are required to come into the office, we will provide a round-trip transportation allowance, with a daily cap of 2,500 yen.
