We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team that will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and stability of our product. The challenging part of this role is to ensure high availability of our SaaS solution to 2000 instances with individual configurations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build and grow a high-performing QA team while also diving into the details to set up effective QA processes and automated tests.

Your tasksYou provide leadership and mentorship to QA team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environmentYou serve as the main point of contact between the QA and engineering teams, offering guidance and recommendations to enhance software qualityYou establish and promote robust QA processes tailored for large-scale SaaS applications, ensuring they can handle the needs of thousands of usersYou engage deeply in daily activities to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact our clients, improving code quality through constructive feedbackYour profileYou bring significant experience in QA and automated testing within software development, particularly for products that serve a large, diverse customer baseYou are familiar with SaaS products and you understand the unique challenges of ensuring quality for software used by thousands of concurrent clientsYou are a natural leader with strong communication skills, able to guide and inspire a team towards achieving shared goals and maintaining high standardsYou are not just a manager but a practitioner who enjoys setting up effective QA processes and E2E tests.
