Main ResponsibilitiesCultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.Oversee the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and understandable information about various insurance policies.Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters to ensure policies meet the client’s needs and compliance standards.Ensure all insurance policies and practices comply with state and federal regulations.Stay informed about changes in insurance laws and regulations that may impact the business.Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and ethical standards within the organization.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Evaluate the risks associated with policy applications to determine appropriate premiums and levels of coverage.Offer risk management advice to clients, helping them to minimize potential losses.Adjust policies and coverages as necessary based on an ongoing assessment of clients’ needs and risk profiles.Provide high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Oversee the claims process, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and fairly.Maintain a client-centric approach, ensuring all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care.Core RequirementsMust hold a current property and casualty insurance license.Licensed in all U.S. states is required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance compliance and licensing.Strong knowledge of federal and state insurance regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Must reside in a U.S. time zone that allows for effective daily communication with colleagues in the EEST time zone.SalaryGross salary base 50.000 - 80.000 USD/per year. This position qualifies for a performance-based bonus on top, contingent upon the achievement of established targets.About Us
