What to do:

  • End-User Support: Provide first-line technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Network & Infrastructure: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with the local area network (LAN) infrastructure.
  • Access Management: Manage user accounts and access controls in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Microsoft Suite Expertise: Support users with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Business Application Savvy: Assist users with various business applications utilized across different departments.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Analyze user issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Change Management Champion: Collaborate with IT teams to manage IT change requests and deployments efficiently.
  • Data & Process Analyst: Contribute to business process analysis and data modeling initiatives to optimize workflows.
  • Security Vigilance: Maintain awareness of IT security best practices and implement them in daily tasks to safeguard company data.
  • Knowledge Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation of technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
  • Customer-Centric: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing exceptional user support.


You have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • A+ or equivalent IT certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, PC hardware, and network concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Experience with data analysis and modeling tools (a plus).
  • Customer-service focused with a commitment to providing exceptional user support.
