Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field, 10+ years experience in Quality Improvement Programs and knowledge of Medicaid regulations, Active Registered Nurse licensure, CPHQ certification preferred.

- Design, implement, and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Manage NCQA accreditation activities and oversee Utilization Management Compliance
- Lead quality of care studies, analyze data, and facilitate improvement plans
- Direct staff, maintain budget responsibility, communicate with stakeholders
- Serve as Official Record Keeper of the Quality and Clinical Management Committee
