- Develop, review, and execute manual test plans, scripts, and test data.
- Gather and analyze data, review system requirements, and write detailed test plans and scripts.
- Document, track, and resolve software defects, collaborating with the Product Delivery Team.
- Test applications in Salesforce, Java, Mainframe, Mobile, and Reports environments.
- Design and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure applications meet business needs and quality standards.
- Proficiency in developing, reviewing, and executing manual test plans, scripts, and data.
- Ability to document, track, and resolve software defects, collaborating with the Product Delivery Team.
- Experience in testing Salesforce, Java, Mainframe, Mobile, and Reports.
- Strong analytical skills for gathering and analyzing data, reviewing system requirements, and writing test plans and scripts.
- Ability to design and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure applications meet business needs and standards.
