Description:

Devereux (TFC in Woburn, MA) has an immediate opening for a Bi-Lingual Case Manager.

$1,000 Sign on Bonus

Base pay starting at $18.94- $22.59/hour, additional compensation for higher education/experience in the field.

Paid Orientation Training

 

Hybrid position.  After in-office training, you can work remotely/in the field an would be expected to come to the office 1-2 days/week.

As a Case Manager you will supervise a caseload of foster homes and provide variety of services to support them. Average caseload is 8-10 homes.  You will also serve as liaison between the proctor parents, school, biological parents and other collateral agencies as appropriate. Home visits and on-call rotation are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications:

For consideration, you must have:

  • Valid Drivers License
  • 21 years of age or older
  • BA or BS in Human Services related field required
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish required
  • At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families preferred
  • You must be able to attend a New Hire Orientation M-W in Rutland, 8am - 4pm
  • Must be a licensed social worker (LSWA or higher) OR able to successfully obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
  • After orientation the schedule would remain Monday - Friday, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, on-call weekend rotation every 8-10 weeks
