Overview

As the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction across our global operations. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will lead and coordinate the entire supply chain function within our organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage short, mid, and long-term goals and objectives for the supply chain function.

Stay informed about market trends and key vendors to maintain category insights.

Establish benchmarks and metrics, implementing routine scorecards to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with operational management to achieve strategic directives across all business units.

Identify and cultivate relationships with suppliers capable of meeting our business needs in terms of cost, quality, and service.

Lead strategic supplier development and management to ensure competitive supply solutions.

Implement best practices for procurement and supply chain management, leveraging automation where possible.

Optimize third-party logistics partnerships for seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Oversee the ERP implementation related to supply chain management.

Champion initiatives for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the supply chain team and across departments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a global consumer products environment.

Expertise in coordinating third-party logistics and managing supplier relationships.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and logistics.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
