HealthEquity is looking for a Project Manager, Service Recovery that will create and maintain a cross-functional service recovery plan and manage recovery projects as required. This position will need to create a collection of procedures to identify business impact and respond appropriately to disruptions in service. This will require someone that is able to quickly jump into action and coordinate a collaborative effort to provide the best experience possible for our impacted external groups and internal service teams. This individual will need to support multiple projects at once that can support a single, large client or multi-client issue.

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Define recovery processes and general tasks/owners to address potential business service disruptions.
  • Coordinate with a cross-functional team to define and assign the appropriate roles and responsibilities
  • Create projects and track needed deliverables for each service disruption and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
  • Communicate business impacts to executive leadership and be the point person for business questions/concerns during a service disruption.
  • Document each disruption and what was done to address the situation.
  • Create and maintain reporting around the quantified business impacts of each service disruption.
  • Streamline the process so that it can be used by other teams and be as efficient as possible.
  • Work with servicing teams to determine if mitigations can be in place to help increase external satisfaction.
  • Able to find resolution when normal escalation paths break down.
  • Ability to take on highly complex issues and help breakdown communication barriers across teams
  • Continue to improve response procedures based on lessons learned.
  • Identify tools to enhance cross-functional communication and streamline processes. 

What you will need to be successful

  • BS in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of experience leading projects and/or managing service delivery teams.
  • Experience creating and managing processes that impact multiple teams and functions.
  • Benefits Administration, Insurance, or Finance industry experience required.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Ability to deal with high-stress situations and quickly pivot and plan
  • Deadline conscious and detail-oriented
  • Self-driven
  • Organizational skills
  • Leadership ability

This is a remote position.

Salary Range: $70000.00 To $87500.00 / year Benefits & Perks:

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
