Your missions

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Own various technical aspects of the Salesforce instance such as integrations with internal tools, data quality, platform hygiene, systems configuration and maintenance, notification announcements, environment refresh, and AppExchange products.
  • Manage configuration of new and existing Salesforce features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and other 3rd party applications.
  • Partner with other system product owners to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value.
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, increase productivity, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support major project roll-outs, including training and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Manage Salesforce support requests and any escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience that is relevant to the role.
  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise level Salesforce instance (300+ users)
  • 2+ years Salesforce Admin/Configuration experience
  • Must be able to work in US hours (either PST, CST or EST)
  • Salesforce Administrator advanced knowledge
  • English B2+ or higher

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users, and managing UAT/deployment process.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application architecture coupled with a good understanding around the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
  • Experience with basic Salesforce API connections for Salesforce native apps (ex. Quip), AppExchange products, and data pipelines (ex. Informatica, S3)
  • Understanding of Scrum and Agile is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Salesforce Administrator certified
