We are currently seeking an Oracle Procurement Support Consultant for exciting cloud-based projects.  

Essential Duties: 

• Provide support to clients using Oracle Procurement Cloud, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their support needs and provide guidance on utilizing Oracle Procurement Cloud effectively.
• Document and maintain support tickets, tracking issues and resolutions to ensure smooth operation of the Oracle system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high priority application issues.
• Work with oracle on service requests and ensure teams are updating SRs on na regular basis
• Run weekly, monthly and quarterly service review meetings with client stakeholders
• Project Management and collaboration with globally staffed teams including handover of tickets and providing guidance to teams on complex issues
• Understanding of Service Level agreements and working with ticketing systems (JIra preferable)
• Familiar with ITIL methodology for support.
• Review application issues for clients monthly/quarterly to identify repeated issues and resolve underlying issues.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of Oracle Procurement Cloud features and functionalities.

• Stay updated on the latest updates and patches released by Oracle, implementing them as necessary to ensure system security and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate solutions for clients.

Required Qualifications: 

• 6+ years of Oracle Cloud experience in a functional advisory or consulting role 
• 3+ Cloud implementation cycles   
• Wide range of ERP/SCM experience in different industry verticals such as Retail, Hitech or Manufacturing  
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills 
• Expertise in the following Cloud modules – Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification y Procurement Contracts
