Job Description
A Managed Services Financials Lead at Accelalpha is expected to engage in activities in support of day-to-day managed services activities. The Financials Lead is an experienced consultant who can support Oracle Cloud Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and Accounting Hub.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point-of-contact for assigned clients to ensure engagement and act as the liaison between the client, sales, resources, and other team members within Managed Services.
- Provide day-to-day Oracle application support for assigned clients. Be hands-on with client ticket resolution.
- Perform hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and other project tasks as necessary.
- Work directly with clients to ensure that all tickets and requests are properly addressed, assessed, prioritized, and worked through to completion. Ensure services are performed to the agreed to SLAs.
- Drive issue resolution as required. Investigated problems and issues that have been raised, pulling in other resources from the Managed Services team or Delivery if needed.
- Assist with transitioning clients into Managed Services post implementation go-lives and newly signed clients.
- Identify, manage, and communicate issues and risks, escalating as required to Senior Management.
- Understand client needs and proactively make suggestions that will improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with Oracle ERP, with at least 5-7 years within Oracle Cloud.
- Hands-on and demonstrable experience and knowledge of core Financial modules and Accounting Hub module.
- Excellent understanding of Financial Reporting requirements and practices
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations – configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting, upgrading and support.
- Experience with reporting tools (FRS, SmartView, OTBI and BI Publisher) beneficial.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to maintain performance and guide clients during times of crisis e.g. SEV1 tickets.
- Experience working within a consultancy/systems integrator a bonus.
- Ability to service multiple clients and prioritize needs.
- Committed team player who is willing to share, learn and support fellow team members.
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative.

US Base Pay Disclosure
Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, taking into account many factors such as the candidate’s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $140,000 to $160,000.
In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Please consider that some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation both from the company and the employee.
Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
