Join Bio-Rad as our  Regional Sales Manager (f,m,d) and take on Leadership for our Life Science Sales Organisation in Central Europe. Targeting to a sales organisation with multiple territories and teams in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, you'll collaborate with a resilient, tenacious sales management team to achieve ambitious sales targets. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Provide Leadership for LSG CE Sales group across multiple territories in Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
  • Translates group LSG business strategy and objectives into operational sales plans and leads towards achievement of Sales revenue of the assigned region.
  • Develops and coaches Teams and People, leads business processes and manages resources associated with sales plan achievement.
  • Creates and monitors sales quotas and incentive plans that support group strategy and objectives.
  • Presentations, negotiations with key strategic customers.
  • Ability to be successful in international, cross-functional matrix organization.

What You Bring:

  • University degree in Life Science or related subject of study, thorough knowledge of Life Science market.
  • Several years of proven Leadership experience in a Sales Manager role, preferred in the area of Life Science. industry and demonstrated success in developing and achieving strategic and business plans.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills and the ability to motivate people.
  • Analytical skills in overseeing budget, revenue and operation expenses.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and cultural adaptability to Bio-Rad Core Values and company culture.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and German and experience in CRM, SAP, analytical MS SW tools.
